Through our programs, we offer women and children the opportunity to overcome gender-based injustices to reach their fullest potential.
We help our victims fight against injustice through court preparation, legal counseling and support.
We offer medical support for women, children, the elderly and those with special needs who have been subject to abuse.
We protect victims through safe-house accommodation, assistance in finding a new home, and monetary support to achieve independence and economic empowerment.
We provide personal development opportunities through counseling, assistance in job placement, interview training, and self-empowerment workshops.
This project will undertake the construction and equipping of an agro processing facility that will feature a product development laboratory and training center to work with forty women, girls and LGBTQI community members who are victims and survivors of gender-based violence. The goal is to create sustainable livelihoods for the victims, increase their economic and emotional resilience, and to utilize the abundance of fruits and vegetables on Saint Lucia to produce and sell new organic food products with an extended shelf- life.
This project will provide full-time employment for forty women, girls and members of the LGBTQI community. Additionally, another twenty women, girls and LGBTQI community members will receive micro grants to begin small businesses such as packaging, farming, etc. which will provide resources for the Agro Process Facility.
